Joshi is an experienced RevOps consultant with over 20 years of expertise in enhancing operational and revenue performance across diverse industries. He excels in using a strategic, data-driven approach to conquer challenges in sales, marketing, operations, and technology, fueling growth for PE-backed firms in SaaS, Manufacturing, and Services.
His background includes senior roles in sales and commercialization at Johnson Matthey, where he led global business transformations. His hands-on experience in RevOps has driven successful changes for multiple clients, resulting in double-digit growth and better forecasting. Beyond consulting, Ajay is dedicated to business growth and development.
Joshi serves as Chair of the Entrepreneur Circle for The Wharton Club of Southern California, connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and mentors. As a resident advisor at the University of Southern California’s Viterbi Startup Garage, he mentors emerging tech startups and shares insights on product-market fit, go-to-market strategies, and pricing.
