With over 25 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development, Libby Covington has spent most of her career building and implementing strategies to drive business revenue growth. She led the formation and development of the marketing function in a $1.5B dealership group, at a middle-market private equity fund, and at an industry-leading investment bank. Her background includes marketing leadership at Doggett Industries, The CapStreet Group, and Simmons & Company. Earlier in her career, she held marketing management roles at KPMG and Fulbright & Jaworski.
Libby has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University, New Orleans. When not working, she enjoys reading, tennis, and spending time with her husband and two teenage sons.
Summer R. Craig

Summer Craig, the President & CEO of Craig Group, is a seasoned digital marketer with a background driving ROI-focused strategies for multi-million dollar companies.
From starting her career at Austin-based ad agency GSD&M working on Mastercard, Walmart, and Southwest Airlines to navigating the corporate communications complexities of mergers and buyouts in the telecom industry at SBCGlobal-Cingular-AT&T, Summer rapidly rose through the ranks and her analytical prowess became a hallmark of her career. This skillset, combined with her expertise in media buying and selling, positioned her as a standout in the early advertising landscape.
Charging into the digital realm, Summer played a pivotal role at AOL, contributing to the adoption of innovative Martech and pioneering programmatic advertising. That experience was a stepping stone to Summer’s tenure at HomeAway.com (later VRBO), where the company completed a successful IPO and she delved into the world of venture capital, and her entrepreneurial flame was lit.
She moved back to Houston and soon became a regional client rep with New York-based Publicis ZenithOptimedia overseeing Gulf States Toyota, where she learned the intricacies of operating one of the world's largest privately held businesses under a major brand. Summer transitioned into an in-house leadership role where she was responsible for showing marketing effectiveness to the board, dealer council and executive stake-holder groups.
In 2019, Summer founded Craig Group, a company rooted in data-first sales and marketing, leveraging her extensive wisdom and expertise built over the course of 20 years to create impactful results for clients.
Beyond building a large team across four states, Summer's most impressive personal accomplishments include summiting Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Rainier as a proud mom of three. Her out-of-the-office passions — ranging from mountain climbing and camping to competitive sports and giving time to causes she believes in — reveal an authentic commitment to pushing boundaries and pursuing hard goals.

Tricia Eaton
Vice President
Joining Craig Group in 2020, Vice President Tricia Eaton is an integral part of the company's remarkable growth and client-focused approach. A graduate of the creative advertising program at The University of Texas in Austin, Eaton has a track record of driving innovative and strategic brand awareness as well as revenue focused initiatives.
Her focus on the synergy between advertising and its resonance with consumers led her to a pivotal role at Starcom in Chicago, managing the $3 billion General Motors account during the digital industry's infancy. Beyond her digital expertise, Eaton has an extensive background in traditional media. From overseeing multicultural media for General Motors to managing Verizon Telecom's evolving media strategy, Eaton's strategic problem-solving approach is an asset.
Additionally, Tricia serves an operations role at Craig Group - streamlining processes, allocating resources effectively, contributing to strategic planning, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
Outside work, Eaton balances family life with a passion for photography and community involvement.
Brian Gustason

Brian Gustason is a seasoned sales strategist with a distinguished career spanning revenue growth/GTM consulting, strategic advisory, and B2B sales leadership. With a track record of success in driving EBITDA growth and transformation, Brian has demonstrated expertise in crafting innovative solutions and orchestrating impactful change across diverse PE backed companies. Brian has led the development of a multi-factor acquisition prioritization tool, empowering private equity backed companies to make strategic decisions with precision. His facilitation of strategic planning discussions with the Board of Directors and his adeptness in client profitability-segmentation analysis underscore his ability to drive profitability and enhance strategic focus.
Also, Brian has experience with transformative projects including client profitability-segmentation analysis supporting price increases for B2B firms, EBITDA improvement analysis and work stream development, leading sales process evaluation, redesign, sales playbook development, training and change management for sales/marketing teams, developing cross-sell/upsell strategies, processes, training and change management programs, and coaching sales leadership teams on sales forecasting & improving sales conversion rates.
In B2B Sales Leadership roles, Brian exhibited exemplary leadership, overseeing diverse sales teams and driving exponential growth. His strategic vision manifested in collaborative sales and marketing initiatives, internal role redesigns, and the incorporation of various sales methodologies into client training programs, resulting in enhanced sales effectiveness and revenue generation.
Brian holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Oxford University (UK). Additionally, Brian is a Certified Revenue Architect (Winning By Design) as well as a Certified Board Director (NACD.US).
Ajay Joshi

Craig Group Partner Ajay Joshi is a seasoned revenue operations consultant with over 20 years of experience enhancing operational and financial performance across sales, marketing, operations, and technology. His expertise spans over 20 industries, with a strong focus on private equity-backed firms in the SaaS, manufacturing, and industrial services sectors.
Ajay’s background includes senior leadership positions at Johnson Matthey, where he led large-scale operations in aerospace, medical devices, and automotive industries. A sought-after consultant, Ajay has successfully guided numerous clients through significant revenue operations improvements, earning a reputation as a hands-on change agent.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master’s in Technology Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to his consulting work, he serves as Chair of the Entrepreneur Circle for the Wharton Club of Southern California and mentors startups at USC’s Viterbi Startup Garage.
